I’m starting to feel bad…

When I first tipped off Mark from Gizmodo about Apple’s iMac problems, I thought I was doing him a favor…  Now I just feel bad, as his replacement iMac is also plagued with screen problems!

What if I didn’t say anything in the first place?  I’m sure he would have noticed the faulty screen at some point, but maybe there would have been a day or two of extra enjoyment in there?  Either way, one thing is certain:  Apple needs to man-up and communicate with their customers.  You can’t tout the iMac as having the ultimate screen while at the same time nursing a customer service nightmare as people return their iMacs over and over again (all due to faulty screens).

Stop the bullshit Apple.  Talk to your customers!
